The Golden Triangle of Intelligent Response
Behavioral science has taught us that the drivers of behaviour in the real world are emotional. When you ask people what thy think of your idea, they think rather than feel and so get a rational response. Some people will tell you how they feel and have the capacity to describe those feelings accurately. But not wat everybody has that. And we are very poor witnesses of our own behavior when asked about ideas. So if anyone gives you an answer that captures either emotionally, behave really, or conceptionally how they feel, then grab it and make decisions based on that.
