The Pros and Cons of a Cyber Force Model
There's been a lot of discussion on potential of a cyber force. Based off Russia and Ukraine, do you believe that is something that needs to be furthered? Or do you think that we just need to fix a lot of the ways that we integrate cyber into our force already? We have been asked by Congress to look at force generation and to look at alternate models of how cyber could be organized. And so we are in the process of doing that.
