Do You Know Why Discovery Research Is Important?
Make sure that discovery research is part of their ongoing process yeah I'd say if you're already doing research then you do have some time to do research so you can add on discovery style activities. Start to try and recruit a panel of people that are going to be taking part in research maybe you don't know what kind of research it's going to be but you schedule these people so five every sprint for example. Going out and actually being in people's environments observing them as they actually try an accomplished task is going to be really important as wellso you need to make time to do that. Don't just rely on collecting attitudinal data which can sometimes be you know a part of the picture
