How to Talk to Customers and Solve Their Problems

I think the key here is, of course, as a UX person, you need to talk to your customers. That's just fundamental to the job description. And again, I think most companies come. The biggest complaint or like struggle I hear is companies don't do anything in this direction. No one aligns on who the main best customers are and noOne aligns on what the main customer is. If you feel like you could be talking more to your customers, just talk about it. You can figure out the best way to do that based on how much information you have.
