I'm Incredibly Hard on Myself When It Comes to Beauty Standards

I don't really take certain stereotypes or pay attention to current beauty trends. I actually just started therapy recently, which is like the most uncomfortable, ugly feeling I've ever had. That's just an internal issue. But the internet is people hide behind the screen and can say whatever they want to say with no consequences. So difficult that oftentimes I consider not doing it at all.
