Is There a Revision of the Presidential Records Act That Allows You to Use Encryption?

I think the investigation will show some of these vulnerabilities. There was a process in place, right? And you know, the NSC staff, the professionals that are there know how to run that process. I just can't even imagine like how those documents got tomorrow,. live with the case of President of Trump or how these documents get to the vice president's garage. How does that happen? I'm not sure how that happens.
