How to Financing a Foreclosure?
There's no bank financing available. I am talking with an sba lender, though, and he thinks there may be an option that, after i close, like to re finance out of a private investor or something like that. And then i am also have thought about taking on aquity partners, giving them aquity for money they put into the deal. Also recently introduced to crowd funding, and looking at getting u a ton of partners, i guess. But i do think that this is too small oe deal to do a full sindication,. That its just not worth the time and money it costs a start and do a syndication.
