I went from studying straight 10 hours and saying, this makes no sense. Why am I taking breaks? Breaks are for the week. Why would I ever take a break? So I tried it and I realized that with my hyper focus, I could just focus on in. And there's no way I could have been able to do as well as I did if I had not had the techniques and if I hadn't had the passion to do what it was that I was doing.
