How Do You Transpile a Python Script?

i saw a lot of horrible implementations like the no transfiling rass to dart dactor ross fiting to all thes guys. Yes, there is no transpile. And it looks like if you know one, you kind of know the other pretty well. But i guess how similar or different this then flutter? It feels to me like it's pretty similar, at least in the zen of it, yet exactly.
