Harvard University's Response to Being Officially Rolled as Unconstitutional Racist in Violation of the Equal Protection Clause

colleges at large numbers if you just use a race blind process it's not just white students who are being discriminated against in fact not even mostly it's a large group of non-white people as well. They're basically saying and we'll show you a couple more including from Princeton we hear the courts ruling of course we're gonna abide by it what they're not going to say we're going to defy it but they're saying our commitment to the form of diversity that we believe in namely that judges people based on race is stronger than ever.
