The Implications of the Biden Case
A federal judge this week placed an injunction on White House agencies and officials, barring them from contact with social media companies. The Justice Department filed an appeal against the judges injunction yesterday because apparently they believe it's their First Amendment right to squash yours. We are going to spend our entire first hour on this case. At the bottom of the hour, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, who is at the forefront of this lawsuit will join us live.
