The Middle Phase of the War
Neither russia nor ukraine has the capacity to win decisively, and neither is likely to surrender easily. In this middle phase that we're in, the west must help ukrane strengthen his position. Heve needs more weapons and training while there are real limits to how much the ukranians can absorb. They also need to help ukraine break the russian blockade around adessa. Most likely, this middle phase of the war will last for a while.
