How Did You Become a Photographer at UCLA?

Esslyn was a student at UCLA in the early 1970s. He says he took up photography as a response to some of the civil and student unrest that was happening on campus. Esslyn also worked for the Daily Bruin, which published the yearbook. His book "The York Book" became a cult hit after being made into a movie.
