The Benefits of Listening to Music While Running

I used to listen to music while I ran. Spotify actually has running playlists based off a range of cadence and beats per minute. If you listen to a song that is 160 beats per minute, you are naturally going to start running at that pace in cadence. It's one of those beautiful things about running that I cannot bottle it up and give it to you. You got to go out there and fortunately, maybe you're fortunate, fortunately, it's usually at the end of doing something hard, something difficult. That doesn't happen when you're laying in bed and just chilling out. No, you do something hard, whatever that heart is for.
