The biggest joints that are affected in terms of their prevalence are knee and hand around the world. 500 million people being affected is a large number but unfortunately the prevalence estimates suggest that's going to continue to escalate unless we do something from a public health perspective about slowing that rise. We know that the aging population, increasing obesity, increasing numbers of females that are affected is having a big impact on the prevalence of disease.
