"i've heard some stories about the factory farms with chickens in particular that upset me i'd be willing to pay more for chickens that were raised in a humane way," he says. "When we look at the movement towards humane farming of animals you do see a big move in the market that supports this sort of thing so when you really think it through there's a lot of upside on the other side of the street here that people tend not to think about."
