The human condition is where she takes on the task of rethinking our established categories of political thought. One of the central strands of that work is trying to clarify the active life, which as we've said earlier was dethroned at this particular historical moment for her bi-plateo. So those three fundamental activities in the human condition are labor, work, and action. She assesses each of those activities in terms of their contribution to human self-realization and freedom.
