You've been a guy right there at the forefront, how the synthesis of Urey's work and Kahneman's work has led to better negotiation tactic. So that's where I think it really comes in from three areas: hostage negotiators just understand that people are driven by fears and by loss. And so much of what people do around us is driven by fear that you have to take it into account. You know, if something is giving you a little bit of stress, anxiety, that's fear in disguise.
