Chat bots are becoming more and more automated, but they still feel like a very robotic conversation. R p has a role to play in that robotic process, automation on the back end is enabling some of those capabilities so you can have their conversation with the customer in real time. And i think there'll be a time where there'll be agents transfering over to bots, bots transferring over to agents on the customers side, and you will never know the difference. As companies, they'll be able to scale much faster because they don't have to staff up hundreds and thousands of agents.
