The Key to Embracing Death

Each of us is in a moment at any given moment. And so being it, that's, that's the part that really gives us the capacity to endure all of this because you're right. You can look at that and remember 18 and have all those fond memories. So I think that really is exactly the, the key to enjoy the present moment - knowing that it isn't the same as the moments you've had before. There's grief over that. And there's also the present moment. It really is making peace with death, bringing, making a space at your table for death and acknowledging that it's part of this human experience.
