i really feel like our bodies, they are the ultimate barometer. And if we want to keep going in service of other things in our lives and other relationships, we just really, really need to address our own wellness. I will beat this drum until the day i die, because i really and truly believe that it is these small actions and moments in life that have just such a huge impact. So for me, one of the smallest, but like, biggest impact things is setting up my coffee the night before so all i have to do is press on the next morning.
