Sicata is a decentralized platform that would allow people to share ideas without recording them. The idea behind the system was originally developed as part of an experiment in computer security called "Cybersecurity" It could be used by companies like Google, Facebook and Apple for their own products or services. But it's not yet clear if anyone has been able to pull off such a project so far.
