Where Does the Bible Teach Free Will?

Sprawl was basically saying, until there's regeneration, there is no free will that is positive towards god. Even even these passages like this could be taken in a pollagian way to say e people are just doing this all by themselves. But notice the writers of scripture aren't concerned with people calling them apollagian and going, oh, i got to be really careful with my words here. They just come right out and say it. And so we we intuitively, that's just like a noda kind of a thing.
