The SEC's Anti-Technology, Anti-Annovation, and Anti-Freedom Factions
There's two different factions within the government. One that is clearly anti-technology, anti-annovation, anti-freedom. There are still some good people who are trying to protect us as Rep. Emmer goes on there and McHenry before him. Now inside the SEC, there's also multiple people. Gary Ginsler's the head of that. Hester Pierce came out and made some statements this week. She said, quote, rather than embracing the promise of new technology as we've done in the past, here we propose to embrace stagnation, force centralization,. urge expatriation, and welcome extinction of new technology.
