When he started in brokerage, Kevin had some money saved up that I could put everything into it. That enabled me to close deals faster and be more focused on my career than other people who had to work restaurant jobs or bartending jobs. And if you have to make that sacrifice, that's really what you have to do. You're just sort of handicapping yourself.
