alpha bonds use real time data on whether or not certain educational attainment has been achieved, and theire feeding that into the actual pricing mechanism for the bond itself. If you have enough liquidity within the market place, you could actually trade up or down the risk premium on that bond based on real time analysis of a development outcome being achieved.
