Getting Dressed - I Love That!
Sometimes you have to just look at your schedule, like, what is happening before we get dressed? And maybe that's the first thing we do in the morning instead of doing it after breakfast and after play. Doctor jamie chaves said about bedtime is, whatever least preferred task is, do that first when they're the leaste, most regulated. You don't have to do the getting dress game or a puppet show. It's much better than gelling all that stuff. But sometimes we don't have the luxury of using those tools. Damage is not done by letting ourselves be so hard on ourselves.
