The Importance of Planning Out Your Work
You have to understand the map, the holistic view of the company. So when you do zoom in and zoom out from a strategic level to an execution level, it all goes back and forth like an elevator. And then it crosses all these different domains. It's very easy to lose sight of that if you aren't planning all that out as a product team and as an organization in general. Yeah, I would say that often the work that product folks are doing, and then I would include product teams, design, engineering, maybe QA as well. Often you're working on things and you don't quite know why you're doing it or what needle you're really moving for the business
