i find that if i don't have a buffer period between picking my kids up and finishing all my work then there's just like all hell in the house. Emotional dysregulation it's not going to go away is it but we with the knowledge of ADHD and the knowledge of how our brain works exactly what you said about small things that we can you know muffle the external noises or sensations that can help us kind of move forward would you say it is a daily check-in? I'm sure that people are listening  can this podcast for real talk and i don't want to gloss over some of the stuff that we're all dealing with so emotional dysregulation has got to be
