What Unesko Is Doing to Improve the Development of Girls Not Going to School

Unesko has launched many programmes educating girls. One of our biggest literacy programme is in afghanistan. We have already reached more than 600 thousand learners, two thirds of them are women. The weakest point in all the effort and research is the transition from primary to secondary education. This is a very fragile moment for every girl. I think we need to show that ere sometimes educating girls is a matter of security.
