Energy Efficiency Programs - Are They the Answers?

There can be real unintended consequences. Can't you do it with the best of intentions, and then look afterward an you think, well, that is not what we wanted to happen? The renewable fuel standard was developed back in two thousand seven and then rolled out in the early 20 tens. It's had some important contributions but failed on its most important job - stimulating deep decarbonization by using energy grasses or other sources such as those which were never supported by the programme.
