The Celtic Population in the United Kingdom

Being Celtic is a cultural phenomenon, and it has to do with linguistics. People in Cornwall look more similar to other people in England than they do to the Scots and the Northern Irish. We might have expected that in the Celtic regions of the UK, Cornwall, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, to see a single genetic group. That seems another pretty clearly delineated population.
