Getting anebike has sort of opened up more places i can go, but in a way where i don't have to drive and i get purposeful exercise every single day getting there. I remember how i used to be completely in awe of how people didn't do anything in terms of exercise other than just, like, go to the jim or take jogs or whatever. Ah, i think one mentioned in the book was getting up early helped with that. Lk, you get up early, you feel like you have time in the morning. You make healthier breakfasts, you make time to exercise, all this kind of thing. So it kind of creates a domino
