In the aftermath of the accident, quantus offered compensation to all passengers. One couple asserted they were wearing their seat belts at the time of the incident and questioned quantus handling of the case. There was a flight attendant who was permanently injured. His lawyers advised him to take part in a class action lawsuit against airbus and northrop grumman. However, unfortunately, the case was dismissed, leaving that flight attendant and whoever was in that action without any compensation.
