Is the Promoting Listing Standard Ad Fee Going to Change?

In certain markets, including the US, the promoting listing standard ad rates applies only to the final price of the item. So yeah, that's what they're doing. They're just taking more fees. Oh my gosh. Does that mean I understand the shipping part kind of because that was something people used to do on eBay right of like this item is 99 cents and it's $800 in shipping. You know, because then you kind of get away from like trying to sleep positive, my friend. Okay. If I can find it, but it's an it's an update.
