Where are there areas of research that we need to just put march much more attention and focus on? I think that is an impossibly difficult question. All you can do is nurture the conditions for surprises to arise. So if perhaps there are a couple of o conceptual breakthroughs that are going to really surprise us ver the next ten years, a i'm sure there'll be several. What we really need to do is to allow researchers the freedom to try out different things,. both in demer and in industry research lads like deep mine.
