For us, we're simple and we actually just use Google Sheets. For every event, we have a Google Sheet, we have notes, we have evaluations on it,. That also is all transferred into one, essentially recruiting board and master recruiting database where we're keeping track of players like class by class. There's a simplicity to it and for me, it doesn't really matter what software you're using, what matters is are you organized.
