I think law incentives need to be a sort of given to developers, current home owners, even those with empty properties. E thes pension pots out therethave just latly got stock of houses which are empty. And iinent i those to be brought back onto the market, whether thats toe privat relatid or affordable housing schemes. But the issue i find of lot developments ha ise govin up at the moment, tend to be one medram apartments. Let's be honest, they have a short shelf life. So encouraging developenis to bil, you know, homes that clima can stay in forw a period of time.
