The Importance of Fat Adaptation

If someone is performing really well and they're anthropometry in terms of their body composition then you need to encourage greater fat adaptation. Some people will become very predisposed to using that as their primary fuel but fat adaptations probably the missing link where people can improve it. It's a very interesting conversation to have because we've turning that food pyramid on its head slowly and becoming more accepting of fat at a daily diet.
