The All of Us project at UAB and Birmingham, Alabama is enrolling people. The question I actually most interested in using C. elegans is why would somebody that should have a disease based on their genetics. Why are they resilient? Why don't they have it? There's something that has often been anecdotally mentioned in medicine noticed. And so getting down quantitatively to understanding what those distinctions are between susceptibility and resilience and individuals will tell us a lot about ways in which we can treat diseases.
