Is It the Right Thing to Ban All Men?

Wimbledon has banned all Russian and bella russian players from this year's championship. The ban is due partly to having long and complicated names hat don't easily fit on many of the score boards in the outside courts, but also because their countries have now achieved gold level aleap membership status for international paria nations club. Is this the right thing to do, to sanction individuals in an individual sport in whichthey're not really representing their country? It's beeng quite controversial.
