Working in a Collaborative Setting?

I don't consider myself actually to work that well with others on creative projects. So no, I don't think I ever thought that I would work collaboratively in a situation like this. It's such a challenge because so much of creativity is personal and it comes from inside of you. But we can have a vision in our mind and the other person has some sort of sense of what that looks like. And that's a really unique thing, but it's super challenging when you first start collaborating with someone.
