The Cost of Using Multiple Platforms

I totally agree with Alyssa that you have to think about how the operating systems are approaching this. We have an awful lot of users out there and they're using multiple platforms in several different ways. integrating them into each other is going to cost more confusion as well. It could force someone back to email depending on who they are. Will Craig Sullivan make an appearance on the show? "It's very likely"
