Getting a Spouse at a Christian Music Festival Is a Bad Idea, but It's a Good Idea.
A girl felt like we were supposed to be searching for a spouse constantly, and that it was some like thing to be partner to someone in the congregation. I've a distinct, embarrassing memory of asking one of the male youth pastors if i could talk to him about my singleness. A woman intervened cause they weurd and said it would be more appropriate if she'd direct her questions at her even though they weren't in private by any means. We did the whole holding hands during prayer, et ceter et cetera. Weird romance for preachings at church.
