Roxanne Jones: I would love to get a little bit more of your insights on. You mentioned that looking at somebody's work history, you can sometimes help determine if maybe they were just moved into something that didn't fit their superpowers the way that their past roles did. How do you determine whether it's a role fit or just a company culture?Jones: Some of this is about, again, very fast communication, partially the way that Amazon works. Talking very frequently allows you to solve problems long before they become an issue where it's serious.
