Oka Gachi: A Great Step Dragon

Oka Gachi is a dragon that is willing to do whatever he takes to keep his kids safe, which to me implies that he would be a great step dragon. This second one is a is a little more out there because one of the dragons is a hypothetical planar chaos version of an elder dragon. Nivmas it with the the perils of home. He's got a lot on his mind. But I do believe that Oka Gachi has the nurturing instinct to make it happen.
