Examining Privilege and Women in the Workplace

This chapter explores the concept of privilege and its effects on various groups. It addresses the misconception that having privilege means life is effortless, while highlighting how certain advantages can make life easier for privileged individuals. The speakers also discuss the significance of listening to black women and delve into the experiences of women in the workplace, particularly in light of the Me Too movement. Additionally, they recount a personal encounter with a male participant of the Me Too movement.
