Every in those every two week cycles that you mentioned well i'll give you a breakdown of what we're even just doing for the current two weeks that we're in so very much like CrossFit likes to name their workouts of the week we like to do the same thing. We've finished up two weeks of doing what we call triple threat this week we're into pumping pound and blast and burnout. The first set of every exercise is done zone training style zone training in thirds with 20 second rest then 30 second full range of motion set all by another 20 second rest and another full range ofmotion 30 second set.
