The Transparency of the Texas and Florida Laws
State legislatures across the country are working on laws that are going to require transparency, including both red state and blue state. This is not a single partisan issue. Even though texas and florida are kind of on one spec end of the spectrum on terms of red states, we're going to see blue states eyre going to act transparency obligations as well. A so the er er the when i think about the legal issues under lies it reminds me, actually, of something i don't talk about directly in the paper: The notion of general warrant.
