The Discourse Around the Word Cult
I've been just teaching my undergraduates this semester to module on religion in the news and a case study that I wanted to bring to them. It's the start of the United States, but also it's the branch Davidians and Waco realizing the point of teaching those 30 years ago that standoff happened. The discourse around the word cult is shifting for a lot of the public, at least in the angrosphere, I don't know if that's the case in Germany.
